21 Invest France is a portfolio management company approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under the number GP 99-06. 21 Invest France manages professional private equity investment funds not subject to AMF approval and reserved for qualified investors.
The attention of investors is drawn to the fact that investing in funds managed by 21 Invest France presents inherent risks.
As a result, and prior to any investment decision, we recommend investors to take note of warnings and risk factors set forth in the regulations of the Fund.
Policy to prevent and manage potential conflicts of interest
In accordance with French regulation, 21 Invest France has a policy for preventing and managing potential conflicts of interest to detect and, if necessary, to deal equitably conflicts of interest which may arise in conducting activities. The identification of conflicts of interest led 21 Invest France to develop a mapping of the main sources of potential conflicts of interest resulting from its organization and/or its activities which could be detrimental to the interests of its clients.

Policy for voting rights exercise
In accordance with articles 321-132 to 321-134 and 321-158 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority, 21 Invest France has a voting rights policy to define the conditions whereby it intends to exercise voting rights attached to listed securities which may be held by the private equity funds it manages. The exercise of voting rights aims to preserve the interests of investors in the private equity funds managed by 21 Invest France. 21 Invest France produces an annual report on the exercise of such voting rights, available to any investor upon request to the management company.

Client complaints management
In accordance with the article 313-8 of the General Regulation of the AMF and AMF instruction No. 2012-07, 21 Invest France has established a procedure for the management of client complaints.
Only statements regarding customer dissatisfaction against 21 Invest France are concerned. Information requests, advice, clarification or service delivery are thus excluded from this policy.

21 Invest France shall respond to the client by email or mail within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the claim, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances.
In case of rejection or refusal to grant all or part of the claim, possible remedies are stated in the response including reference to and details of the “Médiateur” of the French Financial Markets Authority:
