21 Centrale Partners, through its holding Almaviva Santé specialized in private healthcare services, has acquired two private hospitals in Marignane and Vitrolles, both located in the Marseille area.
Marignane is a multidisciplinary private hospital offering all surgery treatments with a growing speciality in cardiology. It benefits from highly technical installations and approved emergency service. Vitrolles is also offering a large range of services and is particularly known for its maternity ranked among the most successful of the region.

Gérard Pluvinet, Founding Managing Partner of 21 Centrale Partners, declared: “We are following our initial strategy to create a group of specialized hospitals with regional centres of excellence”. Henry Huyghues Despointes and Régis Lamarche specified: “We expect strong synergies to improve our services with the cooperation of the medical teams”.
