Founded in 1976, PittaRosso is a leading Italian player in retail shoe distribution, with a chain of directly operated stores. Stores have large surface areas and are mainly situated in shopping centers and retail parks in Italy, France, Croatia and Slovenia.
In January 2015, 21 Investimenti sold 90% of its stake in PittaRosso to Lion Capital, a retail & consumer business focused investment firm, with the remaining 10% rolled over alongside Lion Capital and PittaRosso management to pursue the company’s ambitious development plan in Italy and abroad.
